Steecon, Inc. is committed to exceeding the aviation industry’s rigorous demands for high quality, reliable, and custom engineered aircraft interior products. We strive to improve our customer satisfaction rating by the continual improvement of our Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Quality System.
Vendor Quality
Steecon, Inc. approved vendors are required to review and confirm compliance to every purchase order, including all Quality Requirements listed within each purchase order. Applicable Steecon, Inc. Quality Requirements can be a combination of both internal requirements as well as requirements that are flowed down by our customers.
Warranty
Steecon, Inc. designs, engineers, and manufactures its products with high-quality workmanship, materials, and components. For this reason, Steecon, Inc. warrants all products for five (5) years to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use for which they are intended. This warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, misuse, abuse, tampering, or unauthorized repair. This warranty shall cover Steecon, Inc. supplied parts and labor only, and does not cover the installation and/or removal of a product from the aircraft, or the cost of shipping a product to or from Steecon for troubleshooting or repairs.
